Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were designed for this five story, 155-room hotel.  Each guest room included an individual kitchenette. Hotel amenities included meeting rooms, lounge area, fitness and laundry facilities, dining area, pool, lobby, prep kitchen and back-of-house spaces.  This building acquired LEED Silver Certification.
